HBDS June 2026 Newsletter

We had a productive first half of 2026. We are wrapping up current builds and raising capitals for the next set of projects.

We went from the closing table to building department last month. Now within one month of closing we have an offer accepted!

Framing is complete! This build is a show stopper for under $2m! Optimal for multi-generation living. Expected completion: OCT 2026

Anticipated closing: August 15th. Anticipated completion: March 2027. Ready for the spring market.

Buyers are thrilled with their new home! They made every selection from windows and siding to cabinets and tile.

Cranford was one of my favorite towns to work in. I miss stopping at Track 5 for coffee and catching up on e-mails. Does anyone have Cranford deals for me?

Investors! We have deals ready for funding.
