HBDS January 2026 Newsletter

As the new year embarks, we are doubling down on what works for us- building relationship with our clients, investors, and agents.

The newsletter has spoken! The black windows look sharp with the arctic white hardie plank. This will resonate with the Millburn buyer pool.

The holidays have not slowed us down. Tile, floors, doors/ trim and cabinets/ counter tops were all installed in the month of December. The painters have started putty and caulking. We'll go live on the market in February.

Demo permit was received in Westfield. We passed zoning prior approvals. The building department has slowed down during the holidays/ new year. We are anticipating breaking ground in February.

I am leaning towards white windows in Westfield. Westfield is a historic town rich with character. Knowing your buyer pool separates us from any spec builders. Once we break ground, I'll share floor plans and design renderings.

Permits are ready to be paid for. Ill dive deep on this Madison build next month.

Bubble plant at American Dream Mall was a success. Her smile and laughter warms my heart.
